Black and nude in New Richmond! I am not usually much of a black girl. Truthfully, I would much rather be in color! The brighter the better! With that said, it is nice to keep it simple from time to time. This post was in hopes to feature my new midi lace skirt from a little boutique in Holland called the Blu Veranda. I threw on some strappy nude heels, a necklace to jazz it up and it made for a very neutral outfit. I love the many different options I have with this skirt. In the future I can opt for a pop of color or even more adventurous/fun shoes. It will certainly be a fun skirt to play around with!

If you peak into the background of some of the pictures above, you will see The New Richmond Swing Bridge. This bridge was built in 1879 as a one lane swing bridge. It now stands as the oldest metal truss bridge in Michigan! In 1998 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. This little spot was among one of the many beautiful hidden gems Michigan has to offer! I had a great time exploring and learning the history behind the bridge that stretches across the Kalamazoo River! Thanks for reading, it means a lot!

Xoxo, Anna
