Matching Separates for Fall

Skirt/Crop Sweatshirt: Ann Taylor Loft, Shoes: Steve Madden, Sunglasses: Ann Taylor Loft

This poor blog has been neglected! It feels good to be back with a new post and outfit to share. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed that I wear this set often! I absolutely love it. The matching separates that Ann Taylor Loft has to offer are always to die for. I got this particular one a while ago, so sadly, it’s not in stock anymore. Nevertheless, they do have alternative options. I highly recommend picking up a similar one if you have the opportunity. Super cute, beyond comfortable and the best part: EASY! No need to fuss trying to figure out what top you should wear with the skirt. Rather, throw on the set and roll on out! Go to http://www.loft.com/clothing/catl00002 and scroll to the very bottom for $25.00 off of your entire order!

As for personal life updates, it has been a crazy couple of weeks for me! I quit my job that I moved to Texas for, and am excited to announce that I  have accepted a new one that simply presented a better opportunity for me. It is still in Texas and my first day is tomorrow! In the between period of the two jobs, I spent some time back in the Midwest. It felt so good to be back! I flew into Chicago, took the train to Holland, drove to Ann Arbor for the Michigan vs. Michigan State game (which was epic), and then ended up back home in East Lansing. Planes, trains and cars, I feel very well traveled! On my trip, I was able to see quite a few friends, watch an incredible game and spend time with my mom and sister. I missed out on seeing my oldest sister and brother-in-law but look forward to seeing them next time I am home. My impromptu vacation was exactly what I needed before I flew back to Texas for a fresh start and a new job here! I loved my time home, enjoying the crispy Fall Michigan weather, my absolute favorite time of year back in the mitten! Not only was the weather amazing, but I managed to do a lot in a short amount of time. I am so grateful for the time I had and look forward to what’s ahead. Stay tuned for more to come! Never a dull moment!

Xoxo, Anna
