Hooded Tunic: Lilly Pulitzer, Jeans: JCrew
I am pretty convinced that a picture will NEVER do a sunset justice. On Tuesday, I went to one of the most beautiful ones that I have ever seen. How fitting that the sky was perfectly pink for #nationalpinkday! I feel like there is a national day for just about everything these days. I suppose I can’t say I’m mad about it considering pink is my favorite color! What better way to celebrate than to throw on some Lilly and my pink pants. I love the look I am sporting in the pictures above for a night at the beach. It gets a little chilly by the water so this hooded tunic cover up from Lilly Pulitzer was the perfect throw and go to head to the sunset. As if the anchor on the back wasn’t enough to win me over, the coordinates featured on front towards the bottom left are the perfect nautical touch. It was yet another, absolutely stunning evening in Holland, Michigan. I love living in a town that provides the opportunity to go to things like this. Exploring to find fun new spots to watch the sunset is one of my favorite things to do in the evenings. This particular spot is one of my favorites. It’s called Laketown Park Beach. Another place to add to your bucket list if you haven’t already been! I can’t wait to share more pictures of this fun spot in attempt to reveal some of it’s beauty in future posts to come. In the meantime, don’t be afraid to get your pants wet and frolic in the water. There is something very freeing about just letting go and having fun! Stay tuned!
