Sunset Ready

Throw and go to the sunset! One of the most amazing things about living on the west side of the state is being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that come our way. I am always telling people that ask about my life in Holland that there is always something to do here; and it’s so true! Even on a slow night, there’s always that option to pack up and head out to the sunset with friends. Whether you are venturing out bundled up in a warm coat in the dead of winter, headed out in rain boots shortly after a storm rolled through in the spring or even in a light romper on the most beautiful summer evening, it never gets old! Each sunset brings a different version of beauty and that’s why I love it so much.

The pictures above are a great representation of how you too, can throw and go to the sunset! This outfit didn’t take much effort yet was a good option for the evening. After working all day, I simply ran home, threw on this romper, and was ready to go enjoy a peaceful night with my friends! It’s always important to be mindful of the lovely chilly and often times, windy, Michigan weather we can experience. To prepare for that, I threw my hair into a pony and grabbed my sweater and jean jacket. You can never go wrong with layers by the water!
